Announcing Celebrity Chef Aaron May and New Menu for 2017 Colts VIP Tailgates

Food Network celebrity chef Aaron May has been named head chef for the Colts VIP Tailgate.
Touting a brand new menu created exclusively by celebrity chef extraordinaire May, Bullseye Event Group is excited to announce the big changes coming to their 2017 Colts VIP Tailgates.
A classically-trained chef and member of the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame, May has been featured on signature Food Network staples such as Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy’s Grocery Games, Guy’s Big Bite and TLC’s Best Food Ever.
“We’re really excited about what Aaron brings to the table for the 2017 Colts season and the Colts VIP Tailgates,” Bullseye Event Group CEO Kyle Kinnett said. “Aaron has been amazing at our signature Super Bowl Players Tailgate events, and brings a lot to the table both literally and figuratively to the Colts VIP Tailgates this season.”
The Colts VIP Tailgate from Bullseye Event Group has earned the reputation as being the best pre-game experience in the NFL. “We are combining a culinary experience, sports, and the classic tradition of tailgating into one tremendous hospitality experience of a lifetime,” said Kinnett.
New at the 2017 Colts VIP Tailgates is an incredible five-star menu, hand crafted specifically by May himself. The brand new menu includes:
Shaved Sirloin Sandwich
Certified angus, slow roasted whole sirloin shaved to order, with caramelized onions and an “atomic” horseradish cream, served on fresh baked Hawaiian rolls.
Certified Angus Beef Filet mignon- herb crusted center cut filet served with red wine bordelaise, roasted onion soubis and sautéed wild mushrooms
Touchdown Taco Bar
Carne asada, pulled chicken and carnitas, served with corn and flour tortillas, and your choice of pickled jalapeños and red onion, crema, pico de gallo, cilantro and a smashed avocado salad.
Award Winning Pulled Pork
Glazed pork butts, pulled and served with crispy pork rinds, quick-pickled cucumbers and slaw.
BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Slow cooked and flamed finished with hickory smoked BBQ glaze, signature Baby Back ribs served with green onion and citrus.
Certified Angus Beef Sliders
Served with melty cheddar sauce, sliced tomatoes and fresh iceberg lettuce.

Tickets for the Colts VIP Tailgate are all-inclusive and are just $80. The Colts VIP Ticket + Tailgate combo package, priced at $95, includes one (1) ticket to select Indianapolis Colts home games along with entrance into the Colts VIP Tailgate.
